August 5, 201411 yr Hi Is it possible to start mce before fsx since I run fsx in full screen mode and with my set up ,using the alt tab option tends to cause fsx to crash when trying to alt tab back into it after mce is started thx Lee
August 5, 201411 yr It certainly is. That's the way I run it (although I run FSX windowed). I start MCE, wait for the splash screen, then start FSX. Works fine.

Only exception, when using MCE with PMDG NGX, you need to start the sim first, then wait until the NGX countdown in green bar goes to zero before starting MCE. Otherwise MCE will attempt to connect to it too soon, when the aircraft hasn't completely initialized itself. It will be the same with PMDG 777, which will be supported soon.
