Good morning everyone

 

Since my initial post  'V2.3 is released Woo Hoo'  last night there have been over 116 posts mainly with people on the other side of the pond having problems with installing the V2.3 patch

 

It was my intentions all along this morning not to go this route but to completely re-format my SSD and re-install Windows 7 and then put the full version release of V2.3  on ....

 

Sounds all rather drastic but at least I will know it will be a completely clean install.

 

It's a annoying having to re-install  everything again but I intentionally did not put many addons into v2.2 to help make things as painless as possible

 

I will hopefully be in a position to report back just after lunchtime to let you know how I am getting on.

 

If you read as many of those posts on the other thread as you can I am sure you will heed my advice and go for a full uninstall of V2.2 and then download and install V2.3.

Good morning from France!

 

Did a full clean install, re-installed most of my add-ons (FTX Global/Vector/OpenLC/Mesh 2010 and REX 4 so far) and all is well in the world :-)

Everything is working fine here after the update, ultra smooth. It's amazing!
