Starting FSX, I kept getting R4.CSV-File missing! I have reinstall the T7, and I still get this!

Always check here and ask questions before re-installs.  Those rarely actually fix the issue and can actually cause more issues (as you saw in your case).

 

All you need to do is run Pete Dowson's MakeRunways tool.
