OLD FSX CFG Entry

Featured Replies

Hi,

Been meaning to ask this and keep forgetting. There was an entry in the FSX.cfg which I am not using but would like to install in both fsx and p3d.

It was for the runway. strobes, vasi and  the deck or surface lights. I believe there were 4 entries. Does anyone have these handy and do they work in p3d?

Also what [section] do they belong?

Thanks

Bob

That it. I will give it a try.

P3D v2.3 has accurately scaled lighting at the airports... incredibly well done, actually. For the latest version of the P3D... those settings aren't necessary at all.

What I am most concerned are the taxi lights (purple), which are way too big. These use the halo.bmp I believe. Now, this is an ORBX airport so not sure how that fits into the equation.

I urge you to check it out at a non-third-party-airport at night before making any changes.

I will do that. Thaks Ed
