Law enforcement was on me all the way. Took off from St. George island and immediately busted the 1,000 ft minimum (the co-pilot was not happy) and just kept climbing to 15,000 feet before letting down for a landing at St. Paul  inland. This run was enough to but me into level 30. Thanks Paul!
