Setup required - Error in Console - Help!

Featured Replies

I used to use Linda with FSX.

Now I'm using P3D and have forgotten how to get rid of the errors...

1. Device Disabled! COM port not set!

I don't use VRInsight hardware and only want to progamme my TM Warthog and Saitek Quadrant via Linda.

2. Every time I save a new command for the MJC Q400, I see the following error in the Linda console, why?

This file does not exist, I haven't renamed it as I don't own any MCP hardware.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks,

Toby

Hello,

for this error:

[E] *** LUA Error: cannot open linda-cfg/aircrafts/Majestic Dash 8 Q-400/config-mcp2.lua: No such file or directory

simply place the files from the modules there (they are in the original ZIP folder, you have to rename them from *.default to *.lua)

If it tries to open a com port, there must be something in the FSUIPC.cfg ... have you had a look there. regardless what LINDA says?
