August 22, 201411 yr Enjoying a flight over where I spent much of my life and where I first had a chance to try the controls of a C172. The last shot is part of my auto/aircraft diecast collection. It's a finely detailed model of a C172 by GeminiWings. I got it on Amazon.com--it's the only quality diecast model of a C172 I ever found. It's a 1/72 scale diecast model. I used a backdrop to add a bit of ambiance to the picture. The two shots with the running track (#3 and #4) are of my old H.S. campus where I graduated from 35 years ago. I had a chance to drive there last year and sat outside the campus admin building just enjoying all the great memories I had there. I made so many friends there and many still share memories with me on Facebook. I made the scenery using FSEarthtiles--photoreal scenery is certainly enjoyable. Enjoy John
