A few short domestic routes in Japan use 777's .. Nagoya - Tokyo Haneda is 142NM for example..

Air Canada has a couple of flights between YYZ and YUL that they operate with the 333/77W/788, around 270NM.

I saw this one awhile back.  I'm not sure if its still a route currently used or not.
