Using Edit VoicePak X for updates and voice speed....

Featured Replies

Just a tipper...if you haven't done so already...

Use your Edit VoicePak X program to grab all the latest call signs and ICAO...as well as accelerate the FSX ATC controllers voices to FAST.  It will sound more RL, and, you get faster communications for dense hair-on-fire centers.....

Tip: If you do NOT have this program, just do a Google Search with this string; Edit VoicePak X   and the developers page will come up for you to download the program. You can also get v3.1 for FS9. You will want to customize that ATC as well!  You do not drag and drop anything for FS9.  Just use the proper version, and you will be done.

Just update everything you want in your FSX installation (it even updated and accelerated my MyTraffic files... , and then drag and drop your FSX Sound/ATC Folder over to your P3D counterpart.  That's all there is to it.

Enjoy your new ATC updates, imported and from the Net....as well as a more natural voice speed to the communications....

Good tip. I did that myself over a year ago...

...well, copied the EvpAccelerated3.gvp file over to P3D that is. I've run EVP for years in FSX! :Big Grin:

Yeah...I just did my update for P3D yesterday, and used the FAST voice as my main squeeze. There are update files on the net as well...more airlines, more call-signs, etc....did that as well...so am pretty much set up....
