FS2crew doesnt respond to most of my commands

Featured Replies

Hi,

I recently bought a legitimate copy of FS2crew for the default 737 from the flight sim store. When I tried it out, it didn't obey most of my commands, it only obeyed me when I asked for the checklist, when I give it autopilot commands (when airborne or not) it just says set but it doesn't actually do anything. I read the manual but it  doesn't say anything about my problem and it also doesn't obey when I tell it to set my Com1 or 2, only the checklist. Please help me.

If you really want an answer please post it in fs2crew forum as it has nothing to do with PMDG

Thanks,

Hi - despite the version of FS2Crew being for the NGX, the proper place to post would be under the FS2Crew forums because it's developed by FS2Crew.

In order to offer more immediate help, though, I'll offer a few thoughts:

  1. My bet is that you didn't read the manual.  You should read it, because:
  2. It instructs you to run the Windows Voice Training tutorial.  This isn't for you as much as it's for Windows to be able to understand how you pronounce different words.
  3. Your version of Windows must be set to English (the manual explains exactly how to do this and what this means).
