September 4, 201411 yr Hi, Today i requested an activation key but received a failiure message because the e mail i am using is not in the data base and, telling me to send a request from the address used when purchasing. Problem is, that address is long gone but i do emeber what it was ( i think). Sent another e mail with reference to old e mail address and request to update but received the same registration key request "failed message and, wrong e mail" Any suggestions?
September 4, 201411 yr Send the e-mail to jd@ not the registration@ address and include key request and user data update in the subject line. Include the RC product number (including any "-" if present), user name as was registered, and old and new e-mail addresses. It may take a day or two. See the pinned help file.
