Activesky 6.5 settings question.

Hello All

There used to be (in your HiFi unofficial forum)a post outlining the optimal settings for ASky 6.5.

I know 6.5 is now a heritage product, but was wondering if this post still exists. If it does I have failed to locate it.

Andy,

That guide got lost in the server hack a few years back. Sorry but I don't have a copy of it even though I was the author.

Not to your point, but Active Sky Evolution was recently added to my setup, and it is a wonder of a program.  I use REX textures and the combination is a quantum leap beyond REX alone, particularly in the speed of updating by the weather engine.  Since you ask about settings, there are few that are required, but many if you care to tweak the application.

I have a friend who thinks that all FS9 needs is a $2500 setup to run it well.  I send him screenshots from my cheap big box store rig and his comment is "That looks real!"
