I am having to redownload the 737NGX.  I purchased the extended download service but don't know how to use it.  Don't want to pay the original full download price.  I don't see any guidance on how to redownload after purchasing the service.  Can anyone get me on the right path here.  Thanks.

You need to go to this site: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx . Login (register if necessary) and submit a ticket and request a link. You will receive an e-mail in a couple days with the download link.
