Commands for PMDG 777

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any specific commands for the PMDG 777, specifically if the MCE co-pilot can control their CDU to change pages, or if they can use the weather radar, even if it was just on and off.

Are there anymore specific commands for the PMDG 777?

Looked in there but can't find anything that mentions the CDU. I would like the co pilot to be able to change the CDU screen for various parts of the flight, to able to switch from legs page to decent and so on.

It could eventually be done it as it only involves pressing buttons on CDU without worrying in which state they are.

Just left out because the FMC is mostly  hands-on thing.

Not a major problem or anything. Just thought that it would be nice if the co-pilot could change his/hers CDU during different stages. Such as for taxi to have the takeoff page, then set a voxscript and include something like "cdu two press legs" and the co-pilot would change the screen.

But like I said, not a biggy.

OK, deal

Consider it done in next update. Probably by the  end of next week, give or take a day.

That's why I tell everybody about MCE. You mention something and next thing you know, it's been added to the program.

Thank you.
