Gentlemen at PMDG...

 

Ten days ago I paid for an extended download service for my previous order of the FSX 737. I got your Receipt and that's it, nothing more!!!

....I went to your site and there is no way I can communicate with you people so I had no alternative but to come here....How do I get my Link to the PAID service?????

Ok, I'm sorry, but this statement is flat out not true.

 

- The email you received after you purchased the extended download service tells you exactly what you need to do to get the new download activated, including a direct link to the support ticket page.

 

- There are no less than *four* links on the front page of our website that link directly to our support page that explains how to submit a ticket to us. The "Support" button in the main navbar at the top of the screen, the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page, the "PMDG Product Support" quick link, and the "Contact PMDG" quick link.

 

The instructions in the email and the information at our main site are more than clear here.
