October 28, 201411 yr Hi i have the PMDG 777 and 737 with FS Global real weather. I think remember reading in the manual that I should disable effects of turbulence on aircraft in the fsx settings? Should i do this? And if i do disable effects of turbulence how would it effect my 2 other aircraft Aerosoft Airbus and Majestic Dash 8? Thanks Nathan

If you're using a weather add-on, I think it adds some turbulence back in, regardless of the FSX setting. Kyle Rodgers

November 1, 201411 yr Commercial Member So should i disable turbulence for my other aircraft e.g majestic dash 8? with FS GLOBAL REAL WEATHER I don't think so, I haven't had problems with default FSX turbulence with anything else than PMDG aircraft, I believe the MJC Dash 8 has its own built in turbulence effects anyway. Nowadays I use Active Sky Next which has its own built in turbulence that is fully compatible with PMDG aircraft too, I highly recommend it if you ever feel like switching weather program.
