I load up fsx, select cold and dark from the Carenado popup window. And now I cannot power on the lower GPS. It stays dark. I have to use "ready for taxi"

 

I have the RXP Unlimited and everything works as long as I don't select "cold and dark"

 

Anyone else?

777 Iam testing the power problem, but I tested the GPS, I dont have the RXP but both GPS turn on OK from cold/dark..(P3D)

I'm having the same problem. The pc-12 on ready for takeoff state turnes both RXP 530s on, but on cold and dark the lower one doesn't turn on. Does anyone have a solution for this?

The cold and dark seeing seems to screw up the gauge coding and so stuff like the second gps not working is a byproduct of that.

 

I would suggest using the ready to taxi option and shutting down the engines and systems manually and save that as a default flight.

 

Next time you load the PC12 everything is shut off and it'll load up correctly.
