November 4, 201411 yr So my Question is this how do i rebuild a EXE,XML 24.3% of FSX users do not have the exe.xml file. You do not need it. One of the programs I know that uses this xml is FSDT or FlightBeam or BluePrint. It cannot be rebuilt (the dll.xml cannot be rebuilt either; only the fsx.cfg).
