Weather Display Question (Blending of layers)

I noticed during Dawn and Dusk, the layers (weather) are too sharp and totally distracting. If I remove the laywers and use just one layer then this goes away.

 

Any suggestions to have layers and yet solve this issue?

Dawn & Dusk have always been an issue in FSX and P3D. ASN helps but doesn't completely eliminate the issue.
