Kernelbase.dll is related to system drivers, most notably the video card drivers. Did you just install/update them? Try reinstalling. Also make sure you run FSX as an administrator and UAC is turned off.

Hey Jim, thank you for a such a prompt answer . It started happeing after a week ago! I will reinstall all the Asus drivers for my laptop and see if that mends it. I know it is not the latest NVidia cause the first crash happened on oct 30th.
