Hi Everyone

I have Radar Contact and I am thinking of buying Flying School. Can anyone tell me if they are compatible?

Thanks

Mike,

If you mean this package http://www.fsflyingschool.com/ I'm not really sure.

Radar Contact works best with IFR and a flight plan created for FS9 or FSX. You will be expected to pass over all waypoints in your plan.

I looked at the FSFS details and in my opinion it would conflict with any ATC application since it has you do specific procedures contrary to what a flight of your choice and ATC control of it would require. FSFS is a training syllabus that puts you through your paces.

To be clear, you can install it AFAIK but not run it along with RC. Use it for practice training without RC.

During your departure and arrival RC will be keeping you busy enough. :)

If you are looking for a flight log FS itself has something and there are other packages as well.
