Hi Gentlemen!

I am not a fundi in internet use but in spite of long scratching around on the PMDG site I cannot find where and how to re-download.

I logged in with the correct e-mail address, order number, and the password.

I purchased the said product 2005 and have been thoroughly enjoying since.

I have bought a new PC and need a re-download.

Please somebody out there help.

You need to go here and buy the extended download   for what ever aircraft you want  to down load  again

Based on the use of 2009, I'm guessing you're referring to FS9, so you'll need this:
