Assertion Failed.

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am getting an error when I start FSX- Fatal Error: Assertion Failed.

I have already looked the internet and people are having the same problem, but with Squawk Box and such, but I am having it when I launch FSX.

Anyone know what's going on? Maybe a fix?

Thanks.

Microsoft Visual error - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/05d5fakw.aspx. Make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 w/SP1, 2008 w/SP1 and 2010. If you just have FSX/Acceleration installed, then all you need it 2005 w/SP1. FSX will not start up without this program.

It's an error with the .exe. I don't think its a code issue.
