I have the DX10 fixer, everything changes okay but I am getting scenery intermittent flashes?

 

Any help would be appreciated?

I do have some Graphical issues with my HD 7850. I learned that you should either downgrade to 12.4 (if you can use it) or reduce some settings (AA is no higher than 4x, Water is no higher than 2x Low).

The last driver usable without getting the spikes is 12.10
