December 19, 201411 yr I'm installing some addons in FSX:SE and for scenery I already have installed into P3D, I thought to just add those folder manually to the FSX:SE library. Only when I want to add a folder that contains a scenery folder, like I do in P3D, it doesnt add that folder, but opens it. So in that folder is the scenery folder itself, so I select that to add to the library, but again it opens the folder instead of adding it, leaving me with an open folder, showing no files or other folders. Has anyone tried to manually add scenery to FSX:SE and can tell me how to do this? Cheers! Maarten
December 19, 201411 yr Who knows Maarten. I havnt got anything, apart from a couple simple aircraft, to load into FSX_SE and work properly. Guess I was expecting FSX compatibility, which I shouldnt. Its a different Sim! William
December 19, 201411 yr Author Indeed, I noticed. Some addons work perfectly fine, I saw FTX needs DX10 fixer for the lights and it works fine, but FTX addons that use objectflow recognize the wrong version of the sim. Given some time, I bet so many people together can figure out how to use everything and get things going. Cheers! Maarten
