i'm trying to reinstall my 737 and it tells me that i have reached my max number of activations, can someone on the PMDG staff let me know how i get this reset please

Click on your user name at the top right. Click My Settings in the menu that drops down. The 5th tab down on the left side of the screen is Signature. Type your name in the box and hit Save Changes at the bottom of the box. From there, it'll all be automatic.
