I bought an extension of downloads for this products on the  12/10/2014.

And untill now I still have no link to download the products .

Did you submit a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com? I don't see anything in the queue, which we clear (answer/respond to all tickets) at least once daily.

 

The email should have contained instructions for you to do this.
