January 10, 201511 yr I need to re-install the Citation X since I now have a new computer. I went to Flight 1 to get and activate My Serial no. and password. That was quick and easy, the problem is it doesn't work. I have tried downloading several times over the past several days and all I get is a run time error. I even tried using My E-mail and Password as the other option, it also failed. No help from them and I sent an e-mail about three days ago to Eaglesoft Support looking for help , but nothing, not even a response. I have even tried logging in to the Eaglesoft forum and it won't let me log into that. I have downloaded from several other companies with no problems at all. And I have never had a problem logging into a forum .This is becoming a nightmare. Since I can't get help from them, is there anyone here that can help ? Thanks
