Unable to get FS2Crew on headset

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have an issue where I cannot get FS2Crew to use my headset for audio. I open the panel, wait for it to initialize, press CFG and my USB headset is listed under 'HS', but all audio is still routed to my primary audio device. I can press the up and down arrows to select either the Realtek Speakers, or the USB Headset, but all audio always goes to whatever Windows has set as the primary audio device. If I set the audio device to the headset, all audio goes there, but if it is set to speakers, I am unable to get FS2Crew to put the audio to the headset.

I have also the iFly 737 FS2Crew, and its audio output does go to the headset properly.

Thanks for your help.

I am not sure what I did differently, but I seem to have made it work by setting 7-channel on the headset, then back to stereo in the Windows configuration. Changed the HS to speakers, then back to the headset, clicked the HS button, and now it is working as expected.  No idea! :)

Issue resolved.
