Just wondering if pilot2atc will identify a specific arrival gate if predetermined in flight plan instead of just saying "taxi to gate"

No, Pilot2ATC does not currently support this. There may be an issue with knowing the location of each gate for taxi instructions, but I will add it to the wish list for consideration in future versions.
