I am trying to contact support regarding my recent purchase of the 777-300LR expansion. I submitted a ticket through the website a couple weeks ago but have yet to receive a response from PMDG. I'm hoping someone could follow up on my ticket and reply to it.

Log into your account at the support portal and check the status of your ticket. It is possible they've responded and for whatever reason you didn't get the email.  Only way to communicate with them is via your ticket or ensuing emails.
