Looks to me like the address you were given was support at eaglesoftdg.com, albeit N400QW wrote it phonetically in his reply on your previous thread. Is that what you tried?

Since it is not the best thing to post an email adress publicly, Ron has posted the email adress in a way that does not make it look like one to algorithms looking for email addresses. Simply us the email adress he posted,

 

support at eaglesoftdg.com

replacing the "at" by "@"" (and removing the spaces in between.

 

@Stu: There was a reason Ron posted the address phonetically, so I changed it in your post as well.
