A couple of years ago I downloaded using the Flight 1 Wrapper with no problems. I recently purchased a High end Computer so I'm trying to download the Citation and am having problems. Flight one gave me the key and password and had it re-activated.I've tried both options in the wrapper, but in the option using the key, I get a Run time error 53. The second option using my e-mail and password , I get a message to go to Flight 1 for help. I've done that several times and they were quick in their suggestions , but it still isn't working. I've tried safe mode and now I'm trying to get help from Eaglesoft , but no help from them. Any ideas ?
