I just completed a flight between Narvik Framnes and Namsos Airport in Høknesøra
 
FP : [ENNK] EVD EVABO GUBAV TUXOT <beginning of rnav app> OTSEX ULROP KOSUN [ENNM]
 
CRZ ALT : FL250

RNAV approach to RWY 01 : coming from Southeast, IAF is OTSEX ( :rolleyes:). Then head North to ULROP while maintaing 3000ft, then East to KOSUN. Then follow a 3,5° descent : on a distance of 5.9nm, at about 140kts, it gives 860ft/mn.
 

 

Trying... hard... very... hard... not to pull the trigger on the TDv2 and FTX NOR just yet... And you're not helping... :wink:

 

Seriously, though, absolutely beautiful captures, thanks for sharing. I especially love the landing gear shot.

If I can "help" you further. The icing on the cake, flying over these areas (I also own FTX SAK) is the framerate. Less than 10-20 AI around you, very few urban places, no big international Airport draining your FPS... If the weather is not too harsh, and with MSAA 4x, I fly above the 30 FPS 95% of the time.

You're probably right, I know I'll cave in sooner than later... :wink: I've got some new hardware on order, and I'll probably install 2.5 fresh after the upgrade and then... I'll run out of excuses
