  1. Dragging up old threads is discouraged. AVSIM used to actually have a little warning that would tell you that it's an old topic, but that was changed a while back for some reason
  2. Vaguely trolling by dragging up said old topic and juxtaposing it with new information is also discouraged.
  3. Being unkind to those who were also unkind really isn't the best way to deal with unkindness.
  4. We've long held that 2D panels were departing our products (as far back as the JS41, though there have been minor exceptions for one reason or another). The 777 did not have a full set of 2D panels. The 747v2 will not either.

As there really isn't a pleasant direction this thread will likely go in given the cited issues, I'm going to close this one down.
