Is it possibile, and if so how, to get this lights on the overhead panel?

Have you actually tried fireing up the sim at night and plugging in the power?

Is this controlled by the automatic light system?

Both the integrity lights (the writing) and the lamp on the right are controlled via knobs on the center forward overhead panel.
