January 31, 201511 yr When the PMDG 777 speed window is displaying speed in mach #, the function ipc.readLvar("L:ngx_SPDwindow") seems to always return a value of 1 instead of the displayed mach value. However, if the displayed speed is in knots, ipc.readLvar("L:ngx_SPDwindow") returns the correct value. Has anyone had experience with this, or know some other way to read the speed window mach value? Thx, Al
January 31, 201511 yr Hi Ark I have moved your question to Support as this is the better place for such questions. I will leave in to Guenseli to answer your question as I am unfamiliar with the 777. January 31, 201511 yr Author OK, thanks for the move Scotflieger. BTW, some additional info regarding my original question is that for the PMDG 737NGX, the ipc.readLvar("L:ngx_SPDwindow") function does return either speed in knots or mach # depending on what is currently displayed in the speed window. So I'm thinking for the T7 the window mach # might be held in a different location (different Lvar than L:ngx_SPDwindow ). Thx, Al
