I've got 3 monitor setup with Matrox TripleHead. However, my cockpit view looks pretty bad. Any way we can config Prepar3D to have instrument panel on middle screen only?

Yes ... by simply resizing the window(s) and dragging into position. Works in FS9, haven't tried in P3D.
