I know it's a topic that got discussed previously but I'm still confused. Can one run the 2 sims on the same PC and same window partition ? If so how can I install FTX global , ASN , REX type of addon on both sims ? When and how to use the migration tool ?

I have four platforms on the same machine... each product will be different.  Many have separate P3D/FSX installers, some have same installer that recognizes both and so on.  You have to visit some vendor websites/forums and gather information unique to your situation.. of that list you provided I only use ASN and it is on hold for P3D expecting a new installer soon.
