Tried to launch the NGX today and was asked for activation, not sure why, I've made no updates and has been fine since installation. Seems the same happens when selecting the 777.

 

Cant use any PMDG products until I activate but when I enter the serial to do so an error occurs ... any ideas ?

I would try an uninstall and reinstall of the latest version of the 777. Looks like something has gotten corrupted.
