June 2, 200521 yr Well since I'm a broke teenager, lol, I was wondering if their are any QUALITY FREEWARE scenery add-ons that they would reccomend. I'm mainly interested in major US cities, but any other city in the US that is done well could be of interest. I was particulary trying to find Kansas City International or Manhattan Regional (close to where I live) but again, if you could reccomend any i would greatly appreciate it! THANKS!
June 2, 200521 yr Welcome to the forum. I'm a broke old retired guy :-) . Try this site for a huge list of what's available in freeware scenery: http://walhalla.mine.nu/fs2004.php . As for the quality question, everyone's taste is a little different. I'd just try what sounds good, keep what works for you, and delete the rest. Also, this link will get you to most everything else that's FS-related: http://www.tony.smiths.btinternet.co.uk/fsgate1.html .Doug Intel 10700K @ 5.1Ghz, Asus Hero Maximus motherboard, Noctua NH-U12A cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 3200 MHz RAM, RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, 100TB of disk storage. June 3, 200521 yr There are a couple of versions of KSTL, one has better parking and expansion of the airport, the other a much better main terminal. I would definately suggest checking out Heather Shermans Scenery listing site http://fly-heather.avsim.net/. It is a compilation of just about all freeware sceneries by state.Thomas
