is anybody else having this problem. i have an active ticket in with carenado, the first response was turn all virus software off. i uninstalled all my anti-virus software,still the same problem.(407 Error The specified serial # not valid)Waiting for second response from support.Anybody have any information on this issue? please, i need help.

I have the same problem with the PC12 and S550. The first answer from carenado:

 

(Mar. 11.)

 

"Please make sure you don´t miss any spaces or capital letters on the serial.

otherwise we´ll need to have your system information, following are some information required:

 - operating system

 - Antivirus Software

 - Firewall

 - Country

 - Internet service Provider"

 

Then after my e-mail the 2nd answer:

 

(Mar. 11.)

 

"We´ll work on this and get back to you as soon as possible"

 

So I am waiting.....

Same thing for me. I had it with the pa32 with no solution. Now this... same installer. Hoping for a solution soon.

Hi exactly the same Problem and exactly the same answers from Carenado!!! What can we do? Horror!

I reinstalled it today and run into the same problem.
