    Hi, I have the same problem with the PC12 and S550. The first answer from carenado: (Mar. 11.) "Please make sure you don´t miss any spaces or capital letters on the serial. otherwise we´ll need to have your system information, following are some information required: - operating system - Antivirus Software - Firewall - Country - Internet service Provider" Then after my e-mail the 2nd answer: (Mar. 11.) "We´ll work on this and get back to you as soon as possible" So I am waiting..... Regards.
