February 25, 201511 yr I have the 2.7 version but now I get this error: Any idea what to do?! And why? I have also had issues when starting FSX:SE in DX10 Yours trulyBoaz FraizerCopenhagen, Denmark
February 25, 201511 yr I had a message to reinstall DX10 Fixer, all I did was uninstall, then reinstall the libraries. Works fine now. February 25, 201511 yr Commercial Member I am guessing that the error occurred at the library installation. Looking at the code I think it is all installed normally and if you hit OK all will be ok. Could it be that it was originally a side by side installation where you removed FSX leaving a FSX:SE setup in side by side mode without the original FSX installation being there? February 28, 201511 yr Commercial Member I have done that about 10 times now Can you confirm if my theory is correct - I can reproduce it by doing that. I have improved the test in the 2.8 I am working on. If its true then I suspect that your issues starting FSX in DX10 mode may also relate to this. I don't think that this is DX10SF but there may be another addon that looks for something in the standard FSX AppData directories. My FSX Analysis Blog
