Please don't make statements like 'Don't modify the startup panel states for FS2Crew' without stating why ??

 

Well, FS2Crew has already substantiated my claims there.

 

If you try to connect the GPU manually (voice yourself) from cold and dark, stuff gets screwed up.  As far as I am concerned, I would not attempt this for the above problems.  Just let the FO connect the GPU and everything else will work just fine.
