I've been searching for a payware FSX compatible Hawker 800 XP  and came across this:

Just search you tube, and see if there are any videos. Thats what I do.

I do not own this Hawker from Just Flight but have you seen the work in progress pictures for the Carenado Hawker 850XP. That one may be worth waiting for. 

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
