I have a good computer (i4790 (at 4.4 Gb), Maximus VII Hero motherboard, Radeon R9 270, two 2400 Mhz memories, water cooler), but it still laggy, even when FPS is over 60.... I suggest that it is a scenery seek response with your storage. (did you defrag your hard drives after installation?) Other than that...in using the FPS limiter inside N.I. set to 30, and you making FPS 'unlimited' inside P3D, will help immensely. If by 'laggy', you mean that you are seeing catch-up 'chunk' or 'stutter' as vs. smooth forward animation...defragging, and what I mentioned will go a long way to reducing and, even eliminating that.
