Too many traffic*.bgls?

Featured Replies

Hello everyone.I'm suffering from continuing CTDs after installing FlightParis and Sim-Wings CDG scenery. I've rebuilt FS9.cfg, reinstalled default textures, checked for duplicate AFCADs, tried AFCADs in different folders. What I notice is that the crash occurs during the flight loading process, at about 98% when the Ai traffic is loading. So it makes me wonder, is the amount of AI I have causing trouble? I have a number of separate traffic(airline name).bgl files.Any opinions, suggestions, fixes or cures very welcome!Rob

HiI have been getting exactly the same problem plus now as I fly anywhere near Paris or Northern France FS9 crashes. I have a saved flight which I am testing. Problem is that now even after full reinstall and disabling all traffic files, and scenery files, the flight will not load at all.I wonder if anyone else has had these problem with the new Paris sceneries?John

Thought I had it licked last night by removing a number of traffic*.bgl files - but as I started to reinstate them one at a time, the crash happened.Makes me wonder if the whole Paris area is now so memory heavy that that is causing the crash - or is it related to having too much traffic?Rob
