sp1d install trouble

Dear Captain,

 

I downloaded from PMDG web site and installed "PMDG 737 8900 NGX Base Package FSX.exe".

Installation is completed normally.

 

However my PMDG737NGX is still sp1c.....

 

Do I have to uninstall PMDG and reinstall PMDG again??

or

Do you know how to solve this problem?

what method  did you use  the repair or uninstall/ reinstall?    if  you just did  the repair option than you going to have  to do the uninstall/ reinstall method, making  sure  you manually  remove any left over  files  that the uninstaller  leaves  behind

Can I ask this...........When are PMDG going to send Aerosoft the SP1d update files so I can update my boxed edition of the 737 800-900 NGX aircraft............I have been in touch with Aerosoft and they say they are waiting for the SP1d files from PMDG............what is going on ?..............
