Hi. I am having some trouble with my PMDG 777-300 Ops Center. Well, the Ops center is working fine but it keeps telling me there are updates available for the 777-300. But when I click on "UPDATE" it gives me this message:

 

PMDG ecommerce Customers

To update to this version, you must download the full installer from your account at PMDG ecommerce website. Then it tells me what to do once I get there.

 

I have an account with PMDG, But don't know if it is a "eCommerece" account. At any rate when I try to go there, there is no "full installer" there that the message is telling me to download.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the main PMDG website. precisionmanuals.com

Click on shop at the top.

That will send you to the ecommerce store.

LOg in.  If you purchased your download from PMDG, you should have an account.

Go to MY Account

Go to View previous orders

Select the order you are interested in

Scroll down to the Download URL

Download the full installer.
